1. Bookings & Payments

Bookings should be placed as far in advance as possible. To place a last-minute booking please get in touch with us ASAP.

2 Bookings should be confirmed with a fixed quote via email, a quote will be emailed to you after using our online form. Upon booking confirmation a 50% down payment must be made within 5 working days of the booking confirmation. Failure to pay the 50% deposit will result in cancellation of our services.

The remaining payment can be made at any time but must be received by InovaMed Events no longer than 72 hours prior to the event date.
2. Cancellations & Refunds

In order to cancel a booking with us, you must email contact@inovamedevents.co.uk - you must cancel your booking with us 30 working days prior to the event date to receive a refund, failing to cancel your event will result in loss of deposit.
3. Service Availability

Our services are subject to availability and are offered on a first come first serve basis.

2 We offer our services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year
4. Liability

InovaMedEvents.co.uk reserves the right to restrict, alter, modify or change services, special offers, or terms of service at any time without prior notice.

2 This agreement will supersede all previous arrangements or agreements between us regardless of written or oral in regards to our services.
5. Jurisdiction

This agreement is governed by the law in England and Wales and we mutually hereby agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.
Our Obligations:

InovaMed ("We") will deliver on Services agreed on from our quotation,

InovaMed "(We") will ensure appropriately trained and/or qualified staffing in respect of the Client's Event,
-
InovaMed ("We") are obliged to respond to nearby life-threatening emergencies within immediate vicinity to the Event, the ("Client") acknowledges our responsibilities to do this,
-
In the unlikely event that InovaMed ("We") are unable to provide the Service due to illness or injury, we will let you know as soon as possible though will not be liable for any costs incurred or losses sustained as a result of the cancellation.
Your Obligations:

You ("Client") must ensure an appropriate and satisfactory Risk Assessment has been carried out,

You ("Client") must ensure the event is appropriately policed with organisers/stewards to ensure our InovaMed ("Us") personnel are not put at risk or in any threatening positions,
-
You ("Client") are responsible for ensuring necessary licences to operate the Event have been obtained in compliance with relevant legislation or regulations,
-
You ("Client") must adhere to any request to pause, suspend, or make reasonable adjustments to the Event if warranted in order to protect people from harm/danger, this can only be actioned by the on-site InovaMed Manager,

You ("Client") will allocate a specifically designated treatment area for InovaMed ("Us") to examine/treat patients,
-
If the Event will exceed 5 hours, you ("Client") should advise if he/she is able to provide food and refreshments for our staff ("Us").
